Donations

September, 2020

 Dear donor,

The Department of Art at Youngstown State University and Lit Youngstown, a literary, non-profit organization are collaboratively developing an ambitious 200 feet mural project along Andrews Avenue in downtown Youngstown this Fall semester, transforming the neglected street into a pedestrian-friendly and visually vibrant area of Youngstown.  In addition to celebrating the history and envisioning bold and innovative future for our city, the YSU students are also building connections and partnerships within our local communities to continue similar projects in future.

Our project has been generously funded with the Neighborhood Success grant we received through Wean Foundation and supported through numerous partnerships within the city.  For successful completion of the project, we still depend on generous donations from local businesses and individuals.  Would you please consider donating for our project?  Any donation is greatly appreciated!  We will give credit to all our sponsors and donors on our website with huge thanks for the support.  Also, two sections of the mural wall will be dedicated to promoting and thanking the Andrews Avenue Businesses for donations!

Please let me know if you have any questions or need more specific information.  We appreciate your consideration and I hope to hear from you soon.  You can email us, and if easiest please consider sending a check to Lit Youngstown, 323 Wick Ave. #9/Youngstown 44503.

Sincerely grateful,
